Redesigned expanding LivePerson's client application with new structure. Based on input from developers, department heads and customers, created a series of dynamic HTML based wireframes. New elements included split bottom screen for information and chat areas, resizable elements, tabbed browsing of chats, and redesign of all icons. Continue to work with developers in implementing upgrades and updates to the application.
